Day 2: After breakfast depart for Durban, driving past the Sterkfontein Dam and the Drakensberg Pumped Storage Scheme, through the Natal Midland Meander, overnight in Umhlanga Rocks.
Day 3: After Breakfast visit the aquarium, craft markets and Durban harbor. Overnight at the Salt Rock Inn.
Day 4: Drive up to St Lucia, boat cruise and then on to Ghost Mountain Inn, where we will overnight. After dinner we will be entertained by Zulu dancers.
Day 5: We depart after breakfast for Swaziland, where we will visit the Swazi candle factory and the Ngwenya glass factory. We will overnight at the Matenga Lodge in the Ezulwini Valley, just outside Mbabane.
Day 6: Early departure for the Kruger National Park. The road will take us through the Lebombo Mountain range, fruit plantations and commercial sugar fields. We enter the Kruger Park at Malelane gate. We do game viewing and will overnight at a rest camp in the Kruger Park.
Day 7: Early rise, game viewing, brunch at a picnic spot in the Kruger Park, more game viewing and to end the day a night safari is arranged.
Day 8: Early rise, breakfast and we do game viewing all day. We overnight in a rest camp in the Kruger Park.
Day 9: Early rise and we prepare for the return journey, visiting the Sapekoe tea plantation at Tzaneen then to Johannesburg for your return flight.

Swaziland – Kwa-Zulu Natal
Day 1: On arrival an experienced and qualified guide from Pride Safaris will meet you. We will depart from Johannesburg International Airport on a short tour of Soweto. We will overnight in a guest lodge in Johannesburg.
Day 2: After breakfast we depart for the Pilansberg Game reserve and Sun City. The first part of the day will be a safari through the Pilansberg Game Reserve and during the afternoon we will visit the Sun City and Lost Palace Complex. We will overnight at the Cabanas at Sun City.
Day 3: We depart from Sun City and head towards the Waterberg mountain range and the savannahs of Northern Province to overnight at Leshoka Thabang Game Lodge.
Day 4: An early game drive is arranged followed by a hearty breakfast. After breakfast we can relax next to a pool or those who feel very energetic can go on a game walk. Before dinner another game drive or night safari is arranged. We overnight at Leshoka Thabang again.
Day 5: Today the road will lead us to the Rainbow Route. We will drive over the Steenkamp Pass, the highest tarred road in Mpumalanga, to Lydenburg, Pilgrims Rest for a short stop in the historical mining town. Then on to Graskop, God’s Window and the Blyde River Canyon. We will overnight at a holiday resort outside the Kruger Park.
Day 6: We will enter the Kruger Park at the nearest gate and begin with spotting game! The entire day will be spent game viewing and we will overnight in a rest camp in the Kruger Park.
Day 7: Breakfast and game viewing is the order of the day. We will have frequent stops at lookout points and will overnight in a rest camp in the Kruger Park. A night safari is arranged for this evening.
Day 8: The same as the previous day with more game viewing. Overnight in a rest camp in the Kruger Park.
Day 9: We leave the Kruger Park, heading for Jeppes Reef, the border post between South Africa and Swaziland. We will travel over mountains and forests. We will visit the Swazi market at Mbabane and the Ngwenya glass factory. We will overnight at a lodge in Swaziland.
Day 10: After breakfast we leave Swaziland and travel to the St Lucia Estuary in Kwa Zulu Natal, one of South Africa’s World Heritage Sites. We will visit a typical Zulu Village at Doma Zulu and experience how the Zulu’s live and dress. We will overnight in an up market guesthouse in St Lucia.
Day 11: After breakfast, we take a brisk walk to the St Lucia Lake to go on a guided boat cruise, viewing hippos and crocodiles up close. The afternoon we will turn toward the Midlands of Kwa Zulu Natal and drive past the Kraal of Dingaan and the Talana Battlefield at Dundee. This is the first battle of the Anglo- Boer War (1899-1902). We will overnight in a guesthouse in Dundee.
Day 12: The road we are taking today goes over one of the most beautiful passes in South Africa, the Oliviershoek Pass, past the Woodstock and Sterkfontein dams to Clarens and then on to Fouriesburg. We will overnight at the Fouriesburg Inn.
Day 13: Early rise and we go on a guided tour of the Lesotho Highlands Water Scheme. This tour will be the whole day. We return to the Fouriesburg Inn to enjoy a country dinner.
Day 14: We return to Johannesburg International Airport, doing last minute shopping en route.
