Day 1: Pick-up in Johannesburg/Pretoria. We take the road directly towards Mpumalanga, the Place of The Rising Sun. We visit the historical mining town of Pilgrims Rest, Graskop, God’s Window, Blyde River Canyon and overnight just outside the Kruger Park.

Day 2: Early rise with coffee and rusks. After which we enter the Kruger Park through the nearest gate. Game viewing and a late breakfast at a rest camp. The rest of the day is spent game viewing. We will overnight in a rest camp.

Day 3: Early game drive and game viewing, breakfast at a rest camp. The rest of the day is spent game viewing. A night safari is arranged for the evening. Overnight in a rest camp once more.

Day 4: We relocate to another camp in the Kruger Park and en route we keep a keen lookout for wild animals. Overnight in another rest camp. An early night drive is arranged for the evening.

Day 5: After breakfast we leave the Kruger Park and for Swaziland. On the border between South Africa and Swaziland, we will be entertained by Swazi dancers in their traditional and colorful outfits. We drive through sugar cane fields and over mountains, to visit the famous Ngwenya Glass factory. We overnight at a lodge in Swaziland.

Day 6: We depart from Swaziland and drive through the Kingdom of the Zulu’s. We visit the oldest game reserve in South Africa, the Hluhluwe game reserve, home of the white rhino. Overnight in a lodge near Hluhluwe.

Day 7: After Breakfast we enter a World Heritage Site, known as St Lucia where we will enjoy a cruise on Lake. Here we will come close to hippos and crocodiles. In the afternoon we will travel to a hotel just outside of Durban.

Day 8: The morning is spent at the uShaka Marine World. The afternoon is free to do shopping at The Gateway shopping mall and We will overnight just outside of Durban.

Day 9: After breakfast our travels take us over the Drakensberg mountain range, the foothills of the Maluti’s to the Golden Gate Mountains. We will visit the Sterkfontein Dam and experience the beauty of the savannah’s and the mountains. We will overnight in a lodge in Clarens.

Day 10: After breakfast and a walk around the beautiful art shops in Clarens, we return to Johannesburg/Pretoria.

These safaris/tours are for small groups. The safaris/tours can be switched around to start in Kwa-Zulu Natal first.
